Anytime Fitness franchisee’s John & Kelsey Schultz were excited to bring their brand of Anytime Fitness to Sartell, but their ambition and creativity brought one (1) more element; hot yoga. Utilizing a centrally located building along Pinecone Road in Sartell, their 5,000 SF gym and 1,000 SF studio is drawing in traditional workout users while offering new insight on how work-outs can be completed from novice to expert.

Combining several different spaces, the Anytime Fitness brand and open concept invites you in and motivates you to move. Bright colors, individual bathrooms, and changing floor patterns make the place modern & clean. Standing next to the tranquil yoga studio with warm, radiant ceiling panels, soft lights, mute colors, and earthy tones, the varying spaces help you on your physical journey.

The project was demolished and re-built in less than 60 days due to great owner foresight, a supportive building owner, and a well planned construction process between BCI Site Leader and Project Manager. We were proud to be a part of this project and we will be supporting the Schultz’s for many years to come!
