Team Results

Trailview Elementary went through a large remodel of the entire school as well two (2) large additions for just over fifteen (15) months.  There is a large new gym and an oversized entry and cafeteria that made the school feel revitalized and more effective for the growing student body and economy of Mora, MN. 

The project was unique with several structural augmentations and of course, the shear nature of getting work done in an extremely short window of summer.  Both summers, BCI was able to keep the students, faculty, and workers on the project safe.  Both summers. BCI had physically demanding schedules and the school never experienced a delay in their curricula.  We exclusively managed the traditional construction while the site work and MEP’s were held in a separate, prime contract. 

Today, the school is tech friendly, clean, and updated with new finishes and mechanical systems.  It is now able to support more youth sports on the weekend with the expanded gym and cafeteria space; a major goal of the project.  The project came well under the proposed budget allowing the school to put additional in the capital expenditure budget as well create some nice upgrades for the athletic equipment.
