Team Results

Owners Jeff Zierdt & Matt Schiller had decided to take a recreational hobby of brewing beer and turned it into a dream of their very own tap room.  Jeff & Matt identified a place in Big Lake where they wanted to be, contacted their dear friend at Pearl Engineering, as well as BCI Construction to assist them with putting the plans together.  Today, Lupulin Brewery is one of Minnesota’s premier beer makers and a must see brewery destination.

The entire space revolves around the brewing process from the actual equipment, to the Poly-Urea floors throughout, and completed with the Keg Can urinal.  A simple and unique Bar identifies all of Lupulin’s sponsors and is the focal point next to the brew house.  Lupulin has continued to expand in the back of the warehouse and will soon be canning their very own beer with their own equipment.

Cheers to Jeff and Matt!

. . . As we commenced into the construction phase of the taproom and equipment installation, Dustin Vaverek’s broad background and expertise in project management, construction and dealing with regulatory agencies combined with our knowledge of the brewing process created a successful team to execute this project. . . We are extremely happy with the quality of work and attention to detail that Dustin and the BCI Construction team provided on our project and we highly recommend them. . .
