Looking at things differently can offer a lot of insight.  Re/Max Results, a growing real estate force in Central Minnesota, was looking for somewhere new to call home that provided adequate space, modern finishes, and an easy to find – high traffic area.  Just out of Target on Highway 15 in St. Cloud sat a former bank building that had been empty and for sale for years.  BCI & the development team, with a little ingenuity and foresight, quickly imagined the bank building into the building it is today.  The property maintains the original brick while adding fresh pops of white EIFS and glass.  The interior was retrofit with a new elevator, mechanical & electrical systems, and some very aesthetically beautiful finishes.  Complimented by a simple and appealing site plan, Re/Max Results plans on calling this place home for years to come.
