Sartell Pediatrics has been experiencing exceptional growth from their inception.  They needed to complete an expansion of their facility while maintaining operations.  They turned to the experience of BCI to manage the project.  BCI was able to coordinate the work with HMA Architects and the Sartell Pediatrics team to expeditiously complete this project on time, and most importantly, within budget.

Sartell Pediatrics new space has an aesthetically pleasing interior that focuses on workflow for both the patients and providers.  The new space includes a warm reception area, many new exam rooms, PT Space, Provider’s workstations, a new break room and much more.  The space feels open an airy due to careful consideration of natural light and ways to include it deep into the space.  The colors keep and consideration of wood species makes the space feel vibrant and happy.

BCI’s success was largely that of a team captain; helping carefully consider workflow, coming up with design material ideas, and overseeing a seamless construction process.  There are a lot of unique features to the building and site that made this construction complex, but in a way that was feasible if you pushed the client and Professional Service team to ask the right questions and applying the correct answers. The project was a great success for all involved!
