After several years of development, financing conversation, and hundreds of presentations, Roy Dodds was finally able to open the doors to his vision of Urban Lodge Brewery & Restaurant.  Utilizing an existing building and completing a very intensive remodel, this Sauk Rapids project includes a full kitchen & restaurant, a 10 barrel brew system, multiple dining areas both indoor and outdoor, and all of the supporting space.  Open, industrial finishes, an elaborately finished bar, and unique seating styles were a vision of Roy’s. BCI lead him through the process of Pre-Construction and Construction to realize his vision. 

Breweries are elaborately designed in regards to water & sewer demand and takes coordination of several groups – more than traditionally utilized in the typical construction process.  The building was retrofit with a commercial grade elevator, several floor finish types, and heavy carpentry work throughout.  This is BCI’s second brewery and first “Brew Pub.”
