BCI Construction has partnered with Lupulin several times since their inception. From the very meeting, it was obvious Jeff and Matt were passionate about beer and their process of creating great, unique beer. You could also feel the dream and desire that lived beyond just our first project.

Our initial project was to build the initial tap room and install their first system; a 10 BBL system featuring four (4) fermenters, a Brite tank, coolers, and kegging station. Over time, it has now transformed in something much, much bigger as their beer began getting accolades and their brand well known. Today, they are one (1) of the more intricate brewers in the Midwest and their beer can be found nationwide. Starting with leasing a mere their first 3,000 SF, they’ve now grown into, own and operate over 25,000 SF (with more ideas and aspirations in the future) and two (2) tap rooms.

We’ve completed six (6) projects with Lupulin and other small service work. Their systems are advanced compared to many brewers in how they introduce hops compared to other brewers. Their facility can now brew over 100BBL at any given time and has transitioned into other beverage making processes. With a strong brand, marketing, and commitment to their craft, Lupulin has made a difference in the brewing industry, and we are proud to have served them time and time again.
