Design-Build
In the design-build model, BCI contracts with the owner to meet your goals for design, schedule, budget and overall quality, providing a single source of responsibility. Design-build enables opportunities for early budgeting, cost control, quicker timelines and maximizing value of your build.

Construction Manager
As your Construction Manager, BCI oversees your project from the onset of design working collaboratively with your design team with a focus on the scope, costs, schedule, and logistics of your build. Once construction commences, we work hand in hand with important subcontractors and vendors to work efficiently and effectively as designed.
