Design-Build

General Contracting

As a general contractor, BCI is responsible for creating and managing the schedule and overseeing the day-to-day activities of the build from groundbreaking to completion. We work closely with all subcontractors and team members to bring your vision to life.

Construction Manager

As your Construction Manager, BCI oversees your project from design to construction close-out and delivers it with a Guaranteed Maximum Price. Our strong relationships with subcontractors, design professionals and others help ensure the success of your project.

Carpentry Packages

BCI can provide quality rough and finish carpentry services alongside any of our broader commercial construction services. Our experienced teams bring an attention to detail that ensure your project begins and ends with the highest quality.

Self-Performing Trades

Our experienced and multi-skilled teams self-perform other trades such as demolition, drywall, exterior finishes, concrete cutting/fills and other specialties for a more streamlined approach to your build.
