Who we are

BCI Construction, Inc. is a commercial contractor headquartered in Sauk Rapids, MN. We focus on leading impactful projects of all sizes, and have significant experience in healthcare, public, education, retail & restaurants, industrial spaces, historical rehabilitation, commercial office space, food & beverage, non-profits, and much more. BCI Construction also has a heavy focus in the trades specializing in finish & rough carpentry, doors & hardware installation, concrete, demolition, specialty siding, and many different specialties. As a Kleos Holding Company, BCI focuses on the transformation of space logistically and operationally.

Design-Build

In the design-build model, BCI contracts with the owner to meet your goals for design, schedule, budget and overall quality, providing a single source of responsibility. Design-build enables opportunities for early budgeting, cost control, quicker timelines and maximizing value of your build.

General Contracting

As a general contractor, BCI is responsible for managing your build.  We create detailed schedules, oversee day-to-day activities, and utilize our strong vendor and network relationships to build from groundbreaking to completion.  We work closely with you, your design partners, our skilled subcontractors and vendors, and many others to bring your vision to life.

Construction Manager

As your Construction Manager, BCI oversees your project from the onset of design working collaboratively with your design team with a focus on the scope, costs, schedule, and logistics of your build.  Once construction commences, we work hand in hand with important subcontractors and vendors to work efficiently and effectively as designed.

Carpentry Packages

BCI provides quality rough and finish carpentry services alongside our broader commercial construction services. Our experienced teams bring attention to detail that ensures your project begins, and ends, with the highest quality.

Our experienced and multi-skilled teams self-perform other trades such as demolition, drywall, exterior finishes, concrete cutting, and many specialties for a more streamlined approach to your build.
