Ms. Melinda’s (Melinda Tamm) Dance studio was a dream for a long time.  With the desire to build a state of the art, yet cost effective space was a challenge we met head on.  Within the Pre-Engineered Metal building shell is a high finish space complete with five (5) full size, competitive dance studios.  The groups experiences high traffic patterns, large corridors, and plenty of support space, and is all constructed & planned in a manner to keep the facility running at full capacity for eight hours a day, eight months of the year. 

The project presented a lot of opportunities to stretch peoples imagination about how to build such a facility and we are proud to say that four (4) months in to their first season, everything is working according to plan.  The project has a simple exterior and a gorgeous interior, all delivered at a price point more cost effective than new educational space.  We are extremely proud of this space and wish Ms. Melinda’s the best of luck.
