BCI Construction proudly served as the general contractor for the Rosemount National Guard Armory, a vital facility supporting the mission of the Minnesota National Guard. This project included a full top-to-bottom transformation of a modern, multi-functional building designed to accommodate a wide range of military operations, training, and administrative needs.
The facility features offices, classrooms, locker rooms, secure storage, and assembly space, all built to meet strict military standards for safety, security, and durability. BCI worked closely with the Minnesota Department of Military Affairs and project partners to ensure seamless execution, compliance, and high-quality results from start to finish.
The exterior received a major facelift with repaired facades, updated windows and doors, and restored steel that gives the building a clean, durable new look. Site improvements with enhanced stormwater drainage, new military vehicle storage compound, upgraded fencing and gates, a redesigned entry plaza, and cleared vegetation for improved safety and visibility.
This project reflects BCI’s ongoing commitment to serving those who serve our country. The Rosemount Armory now stands as a durable, efficient, and mission-ready space—delivered on time and with the precision and care that define BCI’s work in the public sector. This project also celebrates phasing and phased turnover that allows the client to succeed and maintain operations while updating the facility to serve the community for years to come.
