SPS was in need of shaking up their brand in the St. Cloud Area. Operating out of a dated warehouse that was inefficient for their business model, Bill and SPS decided it was time to consider new construction as the solution in St. Cloud. After searching for land, SPS struck a deal on an extremely cost effective piece of land in a new industrial district in Rockville, MN. They needed approximately 20,000 SF for their needs, however Bill liked the notion of having some additional income, thus leading to an additional 10,000 SF of space to support a future tenant.

After consulting some local real estate brokers and comm unity members, they were introduced to BCI Construction. After a few preliminary meetings, the building and site plan took shape, which BCI ultimately completed a Preliminary Estimate and scope of work for the project. Continuing to fight the pressures of COVID and a unique economy, BCI began aligning resources and started delivering the project. With the site being extremely cost effective, we were supplied poor soil conditions which we quickly rectified. The building came to life, SPS moved in, and we are currently working with a potential tenant to utilize the space.
