Wheelco is a part and service provider in the over-the-road trucking industry. Specializing in “Whole-Tailing”, Wheelco has made quite the business selling and manufacturing products and making one (1) of the finest axles in North America.

A Sioux Falls based company, Wheelco had outgrown their existing facility in St. Augusta, MN, and were in need of a new space. After conducting several interviews with local contractors, Steve Stitch and Wheelco selected BCI Construction on the industrial & warehouse solutions along with the company alignment around values. BCI, through their Design Build Services, partnered with several professional service groups to lead, design, and construct what you see today; an architecturally gifted Pre-Engineered Metal Building exposed on all four (4) sides celebrating and efficiently operating Wheelco.

The building has been programmed and designed for a 21,000 SF truck service bay expansion in the near future to support their market expansion. In preparation for upcoming developments, Wheelco foresees a significant expansion of its services in the near term. The expansion project be will entirely devoted to a state of the art service bay, oil collection process, and a meticulous detailing center. This project features a sales center experience, distribution, and picking warehouse along with future expansion infrastructure.
