BCI Construction learned about a special project over three (3) years ago and immediately became engaged. The opportunity 

for Central Minnesota to truly change the landscape of how we interact with tourism, education, and an investment into our 

children was too good to pass up. We progressively pursued the project where, “no” really wasn’t going to be an outcome 

regarding partnering on the project.  

 

The Great River Children’s Museum (GRCM) will be in Downtown St. Cloud and is currently in construction. The former Liberty 

Bank Building space was donated to GRCM, and the dreams have taken flight. Led by lifetime educators, the goal is to build 

a destination for 200 children each and every day while their minds and bodies play inside of over 23,000 SF of interactive 

exhibits.  BCI played an extremely active role in preconstruction managing RFP’s for professional services, coordinating exhibit 

design and participating in financing and leading development of this project.

 

The project will greatly benefit all of Central Minnesota, and we look forward to delivering this landmark project soon.
