Alomere Health was interested in renovating its current physical rehabilitation services for youth and adults. Intending to get all groups to one (1) cohesive space, updating and modernizing the space and equipment, and offering a therapy pool were all big aspirations. BCI joined the team for pre-construction with ORB Management and JLG Architects.

Through a series of exercises, which included estimates, round tables, product investigation, and much more, the team ultimately decided to expand their services into a new facility as they felt it was a much wiser investment rather than augmenting their existing facility to meet the needs. BCI and JLG focused primarily on design, schedule, construction types, and costs allowing Alomere and ORB to strategically connect practitioners with their spatial planning efforts and communicating goals with the board at large.

We felt our role in the Preconstruction Phase was paramount for this project to come to life. We were constantly providing real-time feedback on decisions around costs and design type through multiple location considerations, we were expeditious in our work and research, and our team maintained a constant, objective demeanor while dealing with multiple personnel through multiple organizations. While this project is actively in the Construction Phase, we know success is imminent again and we are celebrating this project and client for our collective group efforts.
