Team Results

Chisago Lakes School District teamed with Wold Architects, ICS Consulting, and BCI Construction to build their brand new Community Center featuring a 48,365 SF Field House featuring four (4) courts, a walking track, and a gymnastics center.  Another large addition was also created to connect the existing high school, house a new community weight room, and offer other necessary support space for the community center.  A green house was constructed and much of the high school saw updates, specifically the industrial arts area. 

The space provides jaw-dropping design and finishes for a school district who desires a future to support their rich history.  Sharp masonry finishes, efficient design, vivid and durable finishes wrap the building as you move in and out of the community space.   It celebrates tried and true design features with modern standards and will be a bench mark for many school districts in the future. 

This project was a large investment into the Chisago Lakes School District and the Lindstrom Community.  It has been an honor to work with the talented team of Professional Service providers, strong sub-contractors and vendors, and we look forward to supporting many groups just like them in the future.
