Project scope involved demolition of existing classrooms, restrooms, administration area and renovation of each. In addition a new secure entry was created into the Administration area. A somewhat unique and challenging condition due to the soils on this project was the need for helical piers placed at the interior of the school to support a new system of columns and beams in order to open up the space.
