After experiencing an explosion at their Roosevelt Elementary location, ISD #742 was left without a facility for a large student population.  After expeditiously drafting plans  through ICS Consulting and Miller Architects, BCI procured the project through the open market and began immediately working on the remodeled school which featured a large addition. 

The project included a 7,248 SF addition and a remodel of the existing 12,968 SF.  There were several civil and structural challenges but the experienced team of architects, consultants, and builders were able to work through them quickly. The school back in service for the spring semester of the 2016 school year.
