Royal Tire’s site in Brainerd wanted to rebrand their space and was in need of redevelopment of their site.  This ultimately included demolition of their existing space and construction of new, pre-cast tilt-up building in downtown Brainerd.  Our team, along with SR Architects, assisted Royal Tire with their rebrand and model for delivering service.  The new space is modern, efficient, and family friendly targeting new and existing clients.  When you walk into the space, you are met with an open, modern, clean lobby complete with seating, HD TV, wi-fi, kid’s space and restrooms.  The shop’s layout allows for efficient service, keeping the customer experience quick, effective, and moving on to their next tasks.
