Team Results
The First National Bank of St. Cloud was successfully rehabilitated in 2016 after two (2) full years of development and construction.
Working in conjunction with the State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO), National Park Service (NPS), and the Ownership group, BCI successfully administrated the Pre-Construction & Development, as well as the Construction process. The intricate details and guidelines of preservation work are extremely complex, but with aligning our goals, a lot of planning, and some guidance from our Leadership team, BCI was able to successfully deliver this project to their Owner & Tenants. This project was a labor of love and respect for historical architecture and craftsmanship and we were proud to be partners and teammates on this project.
