Originally built in 1897, the Davidson Opera House has been a fixture in St. Cloud for over 120 years.  However it’s history was met with some down times including a large fire in 1913, failed theater operations, and heavy vacancies. 

Today, the Davidson Opera House is thriving and stunning.  It wasn’t though when we started our journey with this historic property.  Coupled with great partners who had great vision, they took the leap with the mantra “if you build it, they will come;” or in this instance, “if you restore it, they will come.”  Nothing could be more true in this situation.

The building went through four (4) separate, major projects totaling just under $1M.  It has an amazing open floor concept with polished concrete floors, welded railings, and an extremely ornate chandelier.  It is Urban-Chic meets Industrial elegance.  We were honored to complete such an impressive and rewarding restoration and work with an amazing partner group.  It was a ton of fun and we look forward to more restoration opportunities.
