The Manea family has been proudly serving central Minnesota for over 40 years.  In the fall of 2016, BCI Construction completed a major kitchen & food production area addition in the heart of Sauk Rapids to fulfill Manea’s distribution demands.  All of their meats are prepared right on the  premises and include brats, steaks, sausage, beef, pork, poultry and more.

Working with unique requirements in the downtown district of Sauk Rapids, the Minnesota Department of Health, as well as coordinating the work on a small site and fully operational business, BCI effectively led the project from beginning to end completing the 11,003 SF addition under budget.  The project was a huge success for all parties involved.
