Pinnacle Climate Solutions is an innovative leader in heating, cooling, and ventilation products.  Formerly located along Highway 10, Pinnacle was in need of more space to house all the brands they represent (Shaefer, Master, Remington, Stanley, Protemp, Americ, and Heat Stream).  They were  in need of good road access, good warehousing, and the ability to grow their offerings and efficiencies within the space. 

Joining teams once again, Inventure Properties and BCI Construction, Inc. worked on the former Nahan Printing Building, which had been empty for several years, as a great candidate for the move.  Consisting of over 120,000 SF and a prior, similar use, the building was easily modified to become their new, corporate headquarters thus keeping, and creating, jobs right here in Central Minnesota. 

With brand new office spaces, call centers, and conferencing areas to support the warehousing solutions, this building will allow Pinnacle the opportunity to control their future and growth.
