Viking Electric & Supply was looking for a distribution warehouse between their metro location and Fargo to help them serve many of their Minnesota markets, and settled on the Greater St. Cloud location.  In working with the local municipality to allow for an industrial space to be built in a commercial district, the project was quickly challenged with developing a cost effective and architecturally aesthetic property.  Coordinating “what” this Pre-Engineered Metal facility could look like with Metallic Buildings and HMA Architects, BCI quickly met the challenge with great reviews from the city, developer/Owner, and the local businesses. 

The facility is extremely efficient in regard to racking layout & configuration, offices, floors space and has such amenities as high-efficiency mechanical systems, day-light harvesting throughout warehouse, high-bay occupancy sensors, 100% LED system at interior and exterior lights, multiple docks, associated equipment, and much more.
