Boser Construction, Inc. (BCI) has had quite a busy summer! We have many projects in the works all around Central Minnesota continuing from the summer and beginning this fall.

Senior Project Manager Josh Thieschafer worked on bidding this project with help from Ryan Cross.
BCI, Inc. and Bondhus Corporation, have entered into a Design-Build GMP Agreement. The Project will consist of approximately a 50’x86’ precast addition, a parking lot expansion and reskinning the North and West façade of the existing building.
We started working on the project late in the summer and substantial completion is in December 2018. Watch in the coming weeks for a couple of videos of the precast panels being set into place.
Bondhus Corporation is located in Monticello, Minnesota. Bondhus manufactures the highest quality Ball End, Hex and TORX tools available – made in their very own Monticello manufacturing facility. We are also working with HMA Architects, LTD. and Design Tree Engineering on this project.
Coon Rapids High School
Senior Project Manager Joshua Sperling and Lead Estimator / Project Manager Brian Bankers worked on bidding this Project. The project was bid via an open market public bid process and BCI was the awarded the Contractor role.
The first phase of the Coon Rapids High School addition and remodeling consists of a 10,000 square foot building addition and about 2,100 square feet of interior alterations.
The Project will consist of scopes of work across all divisions such as; concrete & masonry, carpentry, thermal & moisture, openings, specialties and full MEP scopes along with earthwork and exterior improvements. We began work on this project in September with substantial completion scheduled in August 2019.
For this project, we are working with the Anoka-Hennepin School District and Mike Kraft Architects, P.A.
Fergus Falls Community Addiction Recovery Enterprise (CARE)
BCI is working on a Design-Build project for the Fergus Falls Community Addiction Recovery Enterprise. BCI Medical Project Manager Ryan Trosdahl designed the space with the Client and presented a proposal on this project.
The Fergus Falls Community Addiction Recovery Enterprise (CARE), operated by the State of Minnesota, will be utilizing the former building owned and operated by Catholic Charities for an intensive substance abuse facility. The project includes refinishing the space with new carpet, paint, and upgrading door hardware. Other improvements include upgrading the facility to be 100% LED lit and minor maintenance of the mechanical systems. The site will also receive some exterior corrections.
We began working on the project in September and the tenant will be moving into the space in November. This property is managed by Inventure Properties, LLC.
St. Cloud Federal Credit Union
Senior Project Manager Josh Thieschafer worked on bidding this project for the Sauk Rapids Branch Office of St. Cloud Federal Credit Union.
The SCFCU – Sauk Rapids Branch Office project will include the complete build-out of a tenant space at around 3,300 square feet to a newer building located on 2nd street and 2nd Ave. in Sauk Rapids. The build-out will include mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire sprinklers, and exterior awnings.
The project will also include the construction of a 2-lane drive-up canopy and pavement below the drive-up canopy. We are scheduled to start in October and will complete the project in a few months.
